Business Terms
- Secret Touch Ltd currently offer a mobile service. We cover all of the Carshalton and surrounding areas including Mitcham, Sutton, Cheam and Banstead. For other areas, please inquiry as you may be subject to mileage fee which is 40p per mile (free 3 miles free).
Re-arranging a Session/ Session Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel an appointment. However, we operate a 12 hour cancellation notice service. Notice of less than 12 hours will incur full payment of the session fee if not attended. At least 4 hours’ notice is required to rearrange a session for the same day; this can only be done if the trainer has the availability you need. If the trainer is unavailable to rearrange for the day, the session would need to be cancelled and rearranged for a later date and no charge will be applied.
- Please note event bookings carry a different cancellation policy. 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for all events; this includes consultations. Failure to do so within this period will automatically incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking.
Lateness Policy & Failure to give notice:
- If the client is late for a session, the session can be extended if the trainer has time for the session to run over. However, the session cannot be extended if the trainer doesn’t have the time and the session will end at the appointed time. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment without letting the trainer know, the agreed location/premises and the appointment can be forfeited if the trainer’s schedule is busy and/or the client doesn’t make the trainer aware that they will be late.
- If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
Contract Cancellation & Refunds Policy:
With contract cancellations, you must cancel before packages commence to obtain a full refund. If you cancel before the end of block packages, you will only pay for the sessions you have done; and 50% of the balance WILL be refunded. However, if for reasons such as you are ill for a long period of time, injured, away for work reasons, pregnancy, surgery or any other valid reason; then you can keep the remaining sessions you paid for and move them to further dates or receive a full refund for the sessions you did not attend. In such circumstances, you will be asked to provide (medical/employment/other) evidence to substantiate your reason for cancellation.
Refer a Friend:
- Platinum and Diamond packages will receive an additional “Bring a Friend Session for £15”. If the friend signs up via your referral; you and your friend will obtain 1 additional session on Platinum purchase or 2 extra sessions on Diamond purchase. This only applies if they sign up for a Platinum or Diamond package.
- Payments: Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, paypal or cash. All sessions need to be paid in advance and used within 3 months from date of purchase.
Delivery:
- We offer free delivery across mainland UK for orders over £50.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
- We will be notified by e-mail when your order is dispatched.
- Clothing items can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

- All handcrafted gifts are individually made and so may appear slightly different to that shown on the website.
- Should you not see something you like, please contact us via any of the contact details provided as handcrafted gifts can be adapted for your specific requirements.
- Once we have received your order, we will confirm receipt by email. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and dispatched to you by Royal Mail first class post.
- Postage and packing for jewellery is £2.95 for UK mainland. Free delivery on orders over £30. For international orders, postage and packing will be charged at cost.
